All orders are shipped the same working day if we receive your order before 12 noon weekdays, providing the item is in stock. Orders received after this time will be despatched the next available working day.
During peak season, we will endeavour to meet this promise, however, please be aware that due to technical limitations on order importing and processing into our main systems, we cannot guarantee same day shipment, and expedited services will take priority.
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination, and we try to keep our charges to a minimum.
Orders in excess of £50 will receive an automatic free upgrade to 1st class tracked delivery (UK only).

FREE shipping is available on orders over £10 unless you choose an alternative option; we use Royal Mail 48 / 2nd class service and delivery is estimated between 3-10 working days.
Royal Mail 24 / 1st class has an expected delivery schedule of 1-3 working days, although it may take up to 5, it is NOT a next day delivery service, however please be aware that Royal Mail state that in some cases and at peak times it can take up to 15 working days, therefore we are unable to investigate any claims for goods not received until this period has elapsed.
An expedited service available to UK addresses only; it is a guaranteed next working day service, providing your order is placed and processed before 2pm however Royal Mail DO NOT guarantee Saturday deliveries for orders sent using this service on Fridays.
We can ship to any destination worldwide, however we regret that due to the weight of most items available from heat-treats, overseas postage costs for heavy goods is usually in excess of the product value. If you are ordering multiple items for overseas delivery and your shipping total is high, please email us and we'll do our best to find a cheaper option for you.
CLAIMING FOR LATE / NON-DELIVERY
In the rare event of your parcel not being delivered, we will do everything we can to track the item with our carrier. However, please note that Royal Mail will not investigate a claim until 15 working days after the posting date, unless the parcel has been sent by special delivery. If after this time you still have not received your goods, we will send you a self declaration form which must be signed and returned before we can release a replacement order or issue a refund. Please note: we will only accept claims for non delivery of parcels up to 28 days after posting.
If you give an instruction to leave your parcel in 'SAFE PLACE' such as; side of house, under window, in porch, next to bins etc we cannot accept any responsibility for non-receipt of goods. By providing this type of instruction in order comments, you agree to take full responsibility for your parcel once it has left us.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 calendar days from delivery for a full refund of the item price only. We are able to provide a pre-paid returns label for your convenience, however the cost of this will be deducted from your refund value.
If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item) then the pre-paid label cost will not be charged.
Although we make every effort to ensure your goods reach you quickly and in perfect condition, once the parcel has left us we are unable to control how it is handled, so if it reaches you damaged or tampered with in any way, please notify us immediately. Please be aware that we can only accept claims for faulty / damaged goods or items missing from your parcel within 3 days of delivery of your order. If you wish to make a claim for defective or damaged goods, we require a photograph before we can initiate a return. Please email us with a picture/s and a description of the problem, along with your order number.
We will not issue a refund against an item that has been used or tampered with or is returned to us in any condition that makes it unfit for resale.
We are more than happy to exchange items if you have changed your mind, however, a re-postage fee will be charged to send alternative products.
You should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving the unwanted goods however, in most cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "COMPLETED" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button next to your order.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the return.
