We can ship to any destination worldwide; however, we regret that due to the weight of most items available from heat-treats, overseas postage costs for heavy goods are usually more than the product value. If you are ordering multiple items for overseas delivery and your shipping total is high, please email us and we'll do our best to find a cheaper option for you.
Expected delivery timescales can vary greatly between countries and although we will ship the same or next available working day as you place your order, courier transport and customs processing times can be lengthy and we cannot influence how quickly your parcel reaches you. Some parcels may take several weeks. Tracking is made available in your account and you can follow progress using the online service https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#
Customers are responsible for checking with their local customs office and postal services to ensure that the products they are ordering are allowed entry into their country of residence. Customers are also reminded that local duty and taxes may be applicable when importing goods into your country.
We are not able to accept any responsibility or liability for products that are held by customs in a country outside the UK or for any surcharges that arise as a result of local duty or taxes. Customers requesting orders to be delivered to destinations outside the UK do so at their own risk.
Customs Fees, Duties & Taxes
As the UK is now no longer part of the EU, orders shipped internationally, including countries within Europe, may incur an import and/or customs charge before being released to you by your customs department. This is usually charged at the %rate of your country's VAT plus customs clearance fees.
We do not deliver goods Duty Paid at the moment, therefore any external charges on an order are the responsibility of the customer/consignee.
The shipping fee calculated at checkout is unrelated to any potential import duties or customs clearance fees.
