In all cases, whichever service you choose, Royal Mail will contact you directly by text / email to advise an exact date for delivery. If the specified date / time is not convenient you will have the option to change this or leave instructions for safe place delivery, neighbour delivery or collection.

Standard UK Service
Economy : FREE shipping is offered on orders over £30; this is sent Royal Mail 48 Tracked and delivery is estimated between 2-3 working days - it is NOT a 48 hour service
RM48: £3.95 for any order up to 10kg and below £30 sent Royal Mail 48 Tracked with delivery estimated between 2-3 working days - it is NOT a 48 hour service.
RM24: £4.95 for all orders up to 10kg and below £30 and as an upgrade option on orders qualifying for free shipping; this is sent Royal Mail 24 Tracked with an estimated delivery schedule of 1-2 working days, although it may take up to 5, it is NOT guaranteed next day delivery and is NOT a 24 hour service.
Please be aware; Royal Mail state that in some cases and at peak times, it can take up to 15 days, therefore we are unable to investigate any claims for goods not received until this period has elapsed.
If you require an item to arrive for a specific date, we advise you choose next day (special) delivery.
Special Delivery: £12.95 is an express service available to UK addresses only; it is a guaranteed next working day service, providing your order is placed and processed before noon weekdays, however Royal Mail DO NOT guarantee Saturday deliveries for orders sent using this service on Fridays or at weekends and bank holidays.
Claiming for late / non-delivery
In the rare event of your parcel not being delivered, we will do everything we can to track the item with our carrier. However, please note that Royal Mail will not investigate a claim until 15 days after the posting date, unless the parcel has been sent by special delivery. If after this time you still have not received your goods, we will send you a self-declaration form which must be signed and returned before we can release a replacement order or issue a refund. Please note: we will only accept claims for non-delivery of parcels up to 28 days after posting.
If you give an instruction to leave your parcel in 'SAFE PLACE' such as; side of house, under window, in porch, next to bins etc we cannot accept any responsibility for non-receipt of goods. By providing this type of instruction, you agree to take full responsibility for your parcel once it has left us.
